Yes, when you intentionally frame the discussion that way, it's easy to dismiss. But power difference between races and classes has been a prevalent traditional impetus for rape. That should be painfully obvious.

But I also don't think the word "rape" should be enthroned and distinguished for only the worst-case scenarios. Pressuring a person into sex can still be a victimizing experience for that person, and people overlook that too often. I'd agree with many of the conditions of the list, but I do think it employs a lot of poor rhetoric. Could be a disingenuous jerk or just a really shitty writer.
It also seems to imply the mere presence of alcohol or drugs in the system of either person is rape which is absolutely preposterous.
