Well, I agree with that to a degree. I would never say his actions were in the same order of magnitude as someone who jumps out of alleys with a shard of glass to assault women. But I also don't think the word "rape" should be enthroned and distinguished for only the worst-case scenarios. Pressuring a person into sex can still be a victimizing experience for that person, and people overlook that too often. I'd agree with many of the conditions of the list, but I do think it employs a lot of poor rhetoric. Could be a disingenuous jerk or just a really shitty writer.

I think that's probably a case of shitty writing, where they assume the reader knows the further implications or the nuances of how those factor in to consent in both legal and moral contexts. I think it's just poorly/lazily written, and I suspect the list was compiled by more than one person, based on some variations in phrasing.
I mean, some of the stuff on that list is ridiculous (Convincing someone to have sex - well, I've asked for sex before, been told 'no, I'm too tired' and then when I said 'I'll do all the work if you want!' sex has been readily agreed to), but I don't think a lot of them are as ridiculous as is often suggested.

I think what I find repelling about that list is that it exudes hatred for men, and tells women that they are weak and need protection from the entire male sex. Especially towards the end.
