Just wanted to share some of my latest work. First image was my original logo I put together a year ago. Second one is my latest.

The logo itself is definitely better. The bit that says "FEISTY CATS". Looks like a 90s sitcom logo - which is a compliment.
The art of the characters in the background, though ... it's lacking. It's distracting and not well thought-out. Did you need ALL those characters? The background is nice and simple and muted and good but you've got things like.. inconsistent light source. Check out where the light is hitting the guy in the purple & green vest (up front), vs where it's hitting the guy on the far left. And not everyone is shaded? And one mask has a gradient, I think?
The faces really need some work, as well. They aren't really interesting at all - my suggestions would be to play with some different face shapes and eyes. The triangle pupil is ... i mean, maybe you could find a way to make it work? But it looks strange right now. I'd also strongly suggest considering your colour choices - but that's a personal taste, I know, but personally I see a purple and green vest on a yellow thing with a red mask and blue eyes and I think "what were they thinking?"

Just, and I know this sounds harsh, don't take "I can use flash/photoshop now!" to = improvement. It did improve the line quality, that's for sure.
