Just had the lol'iest game that was totally beefed from before the game even started. Shit happens but man, fucking rofl.
Basically, it started with the dude banning the wrong person, then us having our tank taken from us, then us filling in and our Sona had no idea how to play Sona. We got stomped so hardcore.
That game was just a mess. We need to do more ranked though I think we could do pretty okay if we were on our shit.
3 of our team were terrible though but still it was just like *fart fart fart* oh okay they're not walking in it *throws someone the wrong way* whoops im dead
A good rule for singed is to not toss anyone who can can't be killed quickly. Tanks don't give a fuck, it's their job to take hits and initiate anyway.
Poison kills are the best because they're entirely due to your enemy being a dumbass and not noticing when their health is getting low.
I find Singed really hard to get a handle on. Laning with him is tough for me since I'm usually a pretty conservative laner who likes to wait for the enemy to fuck up then capitalize, unless I'm playing someone with a great ranged harass.
He really isn't all that tanky in the begining of the game so I find ranged to be a problem to deal with until I get my ult so early laning is a struggle for me.

Before level six you just need to hang around in XP range and steal last hits with a dash of poison. Once you hit six, depending on your health and laning partner, feel free to be aggressive as hell and punish them with your ult if they try to push. The key is to try and get your Rod of Ages ASAP and then you transform from a grubby little catapiller into a milkweed-spewing butterfly of death and undiability.
DPS Taric is something like
Nashor's(always build that though)/Malady/Starks. Not necessarily in that order since you need survivability items and mana regen obviously. You also only want to pick up Stark's if your team really benefits from it. I would never take 'Zerker Greaves as Taric, or most heroes honestly. DPS Taric is kind of dumb and gimmicky tbqhwy. Brackhar, the Dev who designed him, recommends Yomou's and Manamune but Taric is a great support-tank character and unless your team is really hurting for damage, your job is to tank towers and provide support during team fights.
Sheen might not be a bad item to pick up either. I dunno, I feel like that would encourage you to use Shatter all the time when really you want to conserve it to provide armor support to your team.

To say it more clearly: I can enjoy playing even if I'm losing.

I go out of my way to lose because it's fun.

hmmm!
Twitch (I stream most days of the week)
Twitter (mean leftist discourse)
like
nashor's tooth, maybe berserker's greaves, probably a tear first that you could maybe build into a manamune, and then what?
I don't know if a rageblade would be very good on him
he is so much fucking fun, my god
running around with tiny bits of health, getting two of them to chase me
ghost + cleanse + poison turns it into a double kill
BY FAR.
Steam: Chagrin LoL: Bonhomie
he has the best voice actor, too

this may be the worst post of all time
cum puddle
i laughed so hard but he got so mad
I once threw a crowstorming fiddles into my team
I once threw up a pillar right in front of a garen trying to spin away, so he ended up spinning in place for 3 seconds
oh man I have had this happen to me before but I was the garen in that case
soooo funny
"I'M SINGED" *toss* "oh hi lux" *SPIN*
Yeah, make sure you pick up at least a little bit of health/armor/MR or you are really squishy and can't really do much at all
Maybe even trinity force
May have to try that

People are generally terrible about remembering delayed effects, so they'll think they've barely killed me, but nope, still dead.
Also will be something like 1/3/2 the first 15 minutes and then end like 7/7/25

cass -> olaf -> singed/alistar
build up a little puddle of poison and flinging them into it is good fun
i want to play this real bad but my mouse is dead
rush soul shroud
get berserker's greaves
stack zeals
turn them into phantom dancers
There is no AP here
How do you expect him to shatter people to death
more attack speed means more hits
means more mana and less cooldown on his heal
more movement speed means catch up to everyone ever for a clutch dazzle
with the 60 AD he gets from radiance + all that attack speed you become a beautiful glimmering murderer
