Memory Management BSOD, is my Ram bad?

ButtcleftButtcleft Registered User regular
I've been getting quite a few BSODs for Memory Management in Windows 7 Pro 64bit

So I ran memtest86 for an hour and a half and got a single error on a test that did not repeat with successive tests.

So I'm at some what of a loss, is my RAM bad? Do I need to RMA it and risk being without a functioning system during the mean time if thats not it?

Its the one single failure thats throwing me for a loop
