Batch Convert Video to Change Audio Type?

I've got about 150 clips of HD video in AVCHD format, but my problem is they have PCM Audio which Premiere CS4 does not support so I can't edit them. I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to batch convert these files so they'd retain the same video quality, but have a different audio format?
