Woohoo! New Godzilla game! I loved the first and enjoyed the second, and they seem to be serious with this one.

IGN Announcement

We're getting updated monsters with higher poly counts and better animations, as well as better city animations.

Confirmed monsters so far:
Godzilla 2000 (no Final Wars? :()
Kiryu (aka Mechagodzilla 3)
Gigan (Hooray Final Wars!)
Megalon
