So, I left San Diego at 10:00 AM, drove for about 10 hours, and arrived in the Bay Area. Time to get my got dang package.
There was a letter. It made a sound like a rain stick. I was mildly nervous.
Inside was a jolly fat man proclaiming I'm on his "list". Nervousness increasing.
Oh, right! That's Santa! It's okay for him to have a list. It is a list of people to give gifts to. Thank you MetroidZoid! Gardening is great, and so are you! I can't tell if there was a subtle nod to my wishlist in there but I'm pretty sure there was so this is me, noddin' back. Mmmhmm.
But wait! More gifts! They came in a box but I forgot to take a picture, because I am a bad person. Begin the shunning.
Did you even fucking know there is a Penny Arcade card game, because I totally did not. What the hell. This is awesome.
Also there is a book, I think it is a quiz or something but the questions are all easy. I mean, come on.

I worked on the revamp of the battle box! Then it all got scrapped and we had 2 weeks to design the stand alone card game!

Also the coffee beans are the ones we use at my dad's cafe and they are excellent. Really great stuff if you know what you're doing. Hope they're still just as fresh and I'm glad you enjoy the gifts!

I am remembering how last year, my Secret Satan lived in such a one-horse town in the middle of nowhere on the otherside of the Country, that the cost of shipping was roughly equal to the cost of the gift.
