is there such a thing as a female turian? or a salarian?

this seems to be a problem now that i think about it.

and this game seems to be announced/out WAY too soon...

    Maybe Turians aren't like humans

maybe Turian Females are really rare compared to males or look totally different like any number of creatures alive on earth right now

    but

    but

I really don't get that this is actually bothering people

it's a small cop-out over a very minor thing in an otherwise very detailed galaxy, I just shrugged and got on with it

either they didn't have time to do a turian female or didn't see the point

either of those makes sense because you don't actually interact with a female turian at any point in the game

I mean the female salarians are just background characters in the game, they're just male salarians in dresses... that's BASICALLY the same thing, where you cannot discern a physical difference BECAUSE THEY'RE WEARING CLOTHES

Right, they could have just showed female Turians as being very similar to male Turians. Hell, they could have just showed us a what looks like a male Turian and said "They look very similar to males (at least to humans)" But they didn't. So far a bunch of species are apparently entirely male, with no females, and then there's the Asari, who are all female.
