the batarian will also be the gay romance

I have suspected this ever since the "You're working too hard." cinematic gave us a shot of that batarian's lovingly sculpted dudebutt

I'd treat the batarian squadmember the same way I treat jack or, to a lesser extent, miranda.

just bringing them along because I need shit done, and they are the shit-doers around here, but every time they talk, I'm just like "shush"

You are part of the problem.

The problem is there are not enough trees to hang all the Batarians.

Hence why the Alliance needs to colonize more worlds.

you can use a tree for a hangin' more than once.

    make a corpsetree, guys.

and once the corpses decompose, the tree will shrivel and die because batarians are good for nothing, not even fertilizer.

I just thought of something, has there ever been a point in any of the ME games where allies fight with you during combat?

I think maybe Virmire with the soldiers for like half a second, but im not sure.

I want a battle where people other than you are shooting at the baddies.

The reason I brought it up is I assume being involved in larger battles is going to be hard to avoid, at least even if they are just background that you can interact with or are separated from by specific objectives.

I realize there are some nonparty friendly NPCS in it, but I'd look to something like the battle of ostegar at the beginning of dragon age for an example of how they're likely to do any large scale battle that you are in or around.

There's a big fight going on over there, and you see some cutscenes of it interspersed with you going with your party to accomplish specific objectives.

Ok, so question about the Cerberus Network content for the Xbox. The code that comes with the game was redeemed on my Xbox profile. Now, isn't the DLC supposed to work on other profiles on the same xbox? Has anyone done this? Because it's telling Usagi she needs to buy the Cerberus content and when I talked to a rep online, he said she would have to purchase it, even though it clearly states on the usage restrictions for the DLC that it can be used by any profile on the Xbox it was originally activated on.

Are you using it on the same console/hard drive you originally redeemed the code on? I believe this might matter. If you are, i don't know. If you are not then you are boned, sorry dude.

Is she using your copy? Not sure but I believe access to the Cerberus Network is tied to one profile. You have to buy an access card if it's been used already.

It was done because of the used game market.

Don't think you can play the DLC without access to the network.

we only have one copy of ME2 for xbox
if you look at the usage restrictions for the Cerebus Network on Xbox live, it states unambiguously that it can be used on multiple profiles on the original xbox

i am cool with the illusion of large scale battles going on while i am doing my thing in ME3

you know the part in Dragon Age just after you become a Grey Warden and you're running across a bridge and there's a huge fucking battle going on underneath you?

I am alright with canned animations going off in the distance giving the appearance of a much larger conflict than what is going on.

man ain't this the truth. i hadn't played ME1 since it was first released, and did a ME2 run last week. went back to do a renegade runthrough of ME1 and pick up some achievements, and the difference in look and feel is absolutely astounding. It's almost hard to believe they were released for the same system

I just finished a play through of this, and i'm kind of disappointed that:
The Rachni don't show up. I had hoped that saving the Rachni queen was cannon and that they help out in ME2.

Although I suppose that Legion and the Geth fulfill that role. Maybe in 3..

But really I just want a Volus team member. That's all I want for next Christmas.
