something I don't understand is why gamers want to be appealed to to the exclusion of people who don't usually game? why is appealing to more people a bad thing? why not bring more people into the circle? games for all
Video-games for some.
Footballs and basketballs for others.
hmmmm I don't
I don't understand this reply
Nerds and various other social outcasts are excluded by their peers at an age where many folks are developing formative types. They take up niche, often non-social hobbies and then very slowly construct an identity and culture around those things. It finally matures, and they want to practice that same exclusion against others based on oversimplified types that they project on to people they don't know.
Cultural purity, us gamers, white power, and so on.
does anybody know how long the sale on the Rockstar Collection will last? I'm gonna get it for my brother but I want to know how much time I have left to get it
Friend of mine in the NAVY gifted me X3: Terran Conflict last night. I was too busy to play, so I just downloaded it. Started it up today...and holy crap where's the friggin' tutorial? I had to go download a PDF file called X3TC for Dummies. Yeah, I stooped that low.
I'll take that as a sign to continue playing. Your reverse psychology will not work on me!
Also...quick question.
How do you...you know...fly? I'm just kinda floating in space clicking stuff. I found out how to shoot stuff!
Edit: Wait, nevermind. I'm a tard. The keymap is in the options, somewhere buried in this pile of menus on my screen. I am now flying...at the speed of smell.

Guild Wars sounds like fun.
Is it fun?
I haven't played it in ages and gave away my copy of the first version.
I had an extra sitting around for some reason and you were like the only person on my list who didn't actually own it
So you caved and got it?
Did you get the whole set with all the expansions or just one of them?
I have a level 20 Monk/Ranger somewhere out there still.
It was fun back in the day... Not so much anymore for me.
I hope it didn't fall out of my pocket at the grocery store
Well it's appreciated!
it's still pretty fun
