I just sent one of those 50 cent games to myself at my e-mail, and it look like it's going to work out like that. I really hope for the sake of whoever I get that winterbottom doesn't suck.
I'm playing it right now and am thoroughly charmed by it
Not me. It's kind of a precautionary measure. If I want to buy something I have to dig out my credit card and fill in all the info. The process takes a bit of time and hammers the idea home that 'hey you're about to spend money.' For me at least, it helps reduce impulse buys.
yep
I recently changed my password and so had to re-enter it
went 'huh didn't notice that's a toggleable option, I should probably leave it off for exactly those reasons' and then didn't
damnit i had this great plan where I was gonna not add anyone and since everyone else has to add everyone it would mean that I would still end up having everyone without clicking a link
I really want to give a bunch of shit but I am also kinda poor, on that note anyone not bought a copy of The misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom? Its kinda like Braid but with silent movies and pie.

Whippy that board game looks like so much fun, but I have nobody to play it with
Also I just realized my steam wishlist is okay to get stuff from, it's my amazon one in my sig that I sent out. Though that one does have some of the same games on it.

okay, I didn't wanna do this, because I'm poor as fuck and I hate looking like some beggar schmuck schmoozing for free shit off the kindness of strangers or whatever. Didn't sign up for the secret saints shit for that reason. No shame in it for the other folks that did, that's their thing, but it just feels weird to me
so I'm putting this out there - I'm not going to buy anything for anyone. I just can't do that right now.
But if folks are feeling particularly crazy generous and whatever, and they want to get me games, this is my profile.
But I'm certain there are plenty of folks out there that want games that have the ability to keep the circle of generosity going and likely have a lot more free time to play them then I do, so by all means, give them the games before me.

people are just impatient so we've started randomly gifting shit to each other
i think i'm done until the new sales since in addition to whatever else I can safely say i have given 4 people mass effect 2 today
But please, if people want to send me something don't let that stop them
Never ever.
