    Shoot those fetuses.

    Get a shotgun.

    If you see fetuses that are close, shoot them with the shotgun. If you see fetuses from afar, load some slugs into that shotgun and shoot them with the shotgun.

    If something bad is happening, shoot it with a shotgun.
