Adobe Flash player for 64 bit IE

I cannot seem to find the link for downloading the beta 64 bit flash player for IE.
I go to e.g. youtube and it says it can't play the video and sends me to the Adobe website, then to the page where you can supposedly d/l the player, here:

But where's the link to d/l the 10.2 beta flash player. I see the link for the 32 bit player for IE. The other? I just want to watch It Is Pitch Dark on my default browser...sob.
