I left essays on my dad's computer, but he took it with him to work out of state. I would like him to email me the essays, but I forgot what I saved them under. Is there a program that allows me to "see" what's on my dad's computer, allowing me to pick which ones to be emailed to me?
Thanks.

Can't he check 'recent documents' in the word processor you used?

Remote Assistance in Windows would let you see and control your Dad's computer. There's a few ways your Dad can send out an invitation for yous guys to make the connection.

Different versions of Windows handles this differently, but your Dad needs to go to the Windows Remote Assistance program to get started. In Vista and Windows 7 its in the Maintenance folder in the start menu.

If those don't work, try Logmein.
