OWC effects - [strike]One Hero placed by smallest Threat player[/strike]; All cultists die in Event token region and then it moves to most corrupted region.

If you're teleporting that Bloodletter away, putting it in Kislev or in Estalia would be the best way to arrange a DIAL advance token tie this round, with Khorne and Nurgle likely to get two each.

Let's just say the card gods weren't giving this round.

Norsca: 1 die
Kislev: 4 dice,1 die
Estalia: 2 dice,1 die
Telia: 2 dice
There is no separation. It just adds 2 when I dominate it, and that gives me a dial token. If some were also added in Kislev by Lepers it wouldn't count towards another token.

Does the The Stench of Death card generate Corruption tokens seperate from the Corruption phase and generate a dial token?
The Corruption Phase takes place in two steps; the Stench of Death generates corruption during the first of these (Domination step) and generates a DIAL token at that time. If his lepers were still alive, they would then place corruption during the Corruption step, but they would not give an additional DIAL token since he already earned one from the region this phase.
So yes it is separate, but he cannot use that to get two DIAL tokens from the same region. (The GUO upgrade, on the other hand, acts during the summoning phase and so can be used to allow a second token from a region.)
5. Advance Threat Dials - Two had two and all had at least one so all tick once. Khorne:
17 - +4 VP Nurgle:
13 - Upgrade card Tzeentch:
15 - +3 VP Slaanesh:
16 - Place 2 Nobles
6. Check for Game end - The game does not end.
Things that need to happen:
Nurgle to select an Upgrade card
Slaanesh to place two Nobles
I'll reveal the next Old World card; Nurgle to make any decisions
Tzeentch may discard a card before drawing back up to 5 after the OWC is revealed
Place one Hero token in each of Bretonnia, Estalia and The Empire. - In the end phase when Old World cards are resolved, in each region containing a Hero token, the player with the greatest Threat score loses one corruption token there, if he has any present.
No Hero tokens available, already!
OWC effects - All cultists die in Event token region and then it moves to most corrupted region. Greatest Threat player loses one corruption in each region with a Hero.
Round 4, Draw Phase
Khorne: draw 2; 12 in hand, 11 remaining in deck Nurgle: draw 2; 6 in hand, 13 remaining in deck Tzeentch: may discard one, draw to 5; 10 or 11 cards remaining in deck Slaanesh: draw 2; 3 in hand, 13 remaining in deck
