Forms Sharing and Managing via Wordpress

i'm working with a school organization that would like to share various forms and documents on their website. the site is based on Wordpress. the org would really like an easy way to upload, delete, and otherwise manage forms their members can later download and/or print. ideally, the interface would be an easy GUI type thing that would avoid using something more clunky or confusing like FTP.

anyone know of any Wordpress plugins that might fit the bill? i've been searching both the Wordpress plugin index and the larger web, but maybe i'm just using the wrong search terms...

Seems like the media library built into wordpress would do exactly what you're looking for?
