DVD binders, will these mess up my discs?

So my DVD collection needed some serious reorganizing. I have cases behind cases in my bookshelf, and when you have over 400 discs, finding a DVD in that mess can be a bit frustrating. So I bought two of these Case Logic 200 DVD binders. I initially thought "hey, this is a great idea!"... until I did some research after and read about how some DVD binders stick plastic to discs and scratch the shit out of them. Now, I'm having second thoughts, but the thought of going through my entire collection again to fix this is exasperating.
So, does anyone have experience with DVD binders? Do they mess up your DVDs? Have I doomed my discs to horrible, horrible damage?

Yes. They do. From all the CD collections I've seen working at used record stores, those binders absolutely scratch the fuck out of discs.
EDIT: They also make it REALLY easy for burglars to carry off your collection.

Lots of tiny, very little scratches.
Electronic composer for hire.
If you're constantly wrenching them out with Hulk hands, maybe. It's a non-issue and not even in the same realm as those awful fucking binders.
