Oh and if I go 1-5-11 as Udyr is that really losing the game? I got some guy in ranked twice in a row, first game I got that score so he AFKed and blamed me, next game same guy and he won't stop whining at me the whole game for being bad. I was the jungler, successfully killed 1 guy and assisted in two or three ganks. After that they would focus me in every teamfight, I would die but isn't that good for the tank to die first? I mean I was initiating, they blew all their cooldowns on me, seems like I did my job.
Also how do you build jungle tank Udyr? I get Heart of Gold, Merc treads, Sunfire, Banshee then any situational items. That is how I build all tanks really. I also got criticism for my Cho build. I start Dorans, Catalyst, Wamogs, Banshee, then GA. Seems like the perfect build to me..
it was that he is bad, but he is blaming you for his being bad. nothing you can do about it.
jungle tank udyr. rush razor, still, you need it for early dragon. get merc treads, randuins and either banshee's or FoN. that is the bulk of it. it's probably a good idea to turn that razor into a wriggles, it's more damage and that ward is great. once you have wriggles, merc, randuins, and veil/fon, i'd grab a recurve bow and make bloodrazor if they stacked some HP, or some other AS item, like SotD/starks. and if you're getting focused down as tank udyr before your team can kill anyone, then you should probably not try because it just ain't going to happen.
Haven't played ranked myself, but watching a couple of streams has me wondering what swapping champs is all about.
Is it so that you can choose a champ you want to play before the other teams bans em?
Usually some champs are picked more often than others.
So, like, I hate playing Shaco and he's not banned. Player X is supposedly good with shaco (or is and he's on your premade). You want to play someone that's less likely to be picked when he will pick, let's say Master Yi. You pick Shaco first so the other team can't pick him, and you're relatively safe not having your champion picked.
It's so a strong champion can be picked that you suck at and someone that doesn't suck with them can use them.
Most people who ask for these at lower levels are of a dubious nature, since you don't know them and have no fucking idea if they're not just talking out of their asses. At higher levels you play the same players over and over and over again so you have a good idea if they're bullshitting you or not.
I really hate playing with spanish speaking only players, from what I've seen they really have the worst attitude, just bad and trollish.
This is funny to me because my summoner name is Spanish-sounding. I don't really speak a word of the language but I wonder how many people have impressions like this going in based on my name.
Then I tried out Teemo for my last game, he was ok though I didn't know how to build him.
Maybe this is a mark of how uber-serious I am, but I never go into a game not knowing how to build a Champ. The first thing I do when I decide I'm going to play a particular champ is open up mobafire.com and look at builds. Granted, these builds are often not perfect either, but they do give general guidelines for how the Champ works and what I should be doing in-game.
As I learn more of the game it's becoming increasingly easier for me to interpret item suggestions and that sorta thing, which is good.
But it's so easy to get big, hit the gym dumb Cho!
A little less easy now, since if Cho dies he loses half of his stacks, instead of just 3. I have to imagine this is going to make those gigantic Cho'gaths even bigger pussies than they already are, ready to run the hell away as soon as they start taking damage so as not to lose stacks.
Interesting tank mechanic indeed. :P Edit: Whups didn't know 6 was the max stacks so this is a buff not a nerf. O noes
So now Sivir is ludicrously fucked against other ranged champions
Now? I dunno about all that. I don't think it's going to make a huge impact on the way I play. Going 1v1 against other ranged carries was generally a bad idea for Sivir already (not always but often). She's a team fighter after all.

I don't really care what someone's name is(although you must obviously fear XXChronic420XX), just don't play on the US server and try to coordinate a team speaking only spanish and expect that every know wtf you're talking about.(I do know some spanish, but screw that, last time I brushed up on spanish was to play RO).

I pretty much always do that too, but I wanted to just try to wing it and see how well I could do it.

Doesn't his thing only stack 6 times anyway? It's actually a buff since if you're at 3 or less stacks you don't lose them all and start chomping from 0.

Cho was buffed, not nerfed with that change.
Max stacks is 6. Chos who die will always have either the same amount or more stacks post-patch than they used to.

I have my terrible friend who insists on playing jungle Shaco and going 1/8 to play with. Or my other terrible friend who thinks that Vlad can run into teamfights at 15% health because he's Vlad then goes 3/10,000,000.
I don't feel right dragging anyone else into that.
wait are you talking about me?

PST. I only found this out by reading their official forums, where someone bitched about it.
Half of 3 is not 3.
It's easier to keep stacks with cho'gath now if you die.
Pre-Death/Post-Death
6-3
5-2
4-2
3-1
2-1
1-0
0-why did you die with 0 stacks?
Gank gank hooooo
Right?

I hope that is somewhat redeeming, yes, even though I still apparently talk about Champs I don't know. :P
I think I am gonna try Cho'gath soon though, since everyone else will be playing Heim and Renekton.
We said this five times already f5 faster gosh

He used to, pre losing 3 per death anyway
So 1-2 stacks loses 1. 3-4 stacks loses 2. 5-6 stacks loses 3.
Half of 1 is 0.5. And we know they use decimals because they round up the other numbers.
So round up 0.5.
Which is 1.

Sorry I misread, yeah, that makes sense.
I thought you'd be 'left with half rounded up', instead of reading 'lose half rounded up'
