Deadpool is never an acceptable character to pick. Not even for lulz.

You know online is going to have Deadpool in like every other team. He will be this game's Ken. At first I thought it would be Dante, but the number of special moves will probably be overwhelming to some people. Yep, launch day online teams you fight against will either be Ryu, Deadpool, someone else or Storm, Sentinel, Magneto depending on if the person played a lot of MvC2 or not.
Chances of someone else being Wolverine are probably decent.
Character select screen image has Hsein Ko confirm too. I have about zero interest in her, hopefully a trailer can make her at least a little interesting.

The latter. You know why so many people played Ken when SFIV first came out? Because he punched stuff on fire. So they spent every round trying to punch stuff on fire. That's the kind of mentality we're dealing with.
Later it will shift over to everyone playing what are considered the best characters once the we want to punch stuff on fire guys have moved on to other games.
Hsien Ko is nice for this kind of game because her setup allows for a bunch of reality-warping and wacky powers. A decent pick from the Darkstalkers cast, especially since it seems they wanted to go all-female.

Yeah TvC Roll was shocking when all I knew previously was MvC2 roll. That would be an awesome addition when everyone would be expecting a repeat of Roll Tier.
