Luck of the draw was not a buff, it was a bug fix.
Face roll of dungeons is expected with gearing up as well as everyone understanding the mechanics now.

Restoration and even Balance have better mileage out of mastery. As a primarily 10man guy, mastery even exceeds haste for Resto, so long as your haste is high enough to get the extra Rejuv tick.

I had a great one the other day. Queued while I was questing. Cutscene starts, I hear the "dungeon ready" noise, cutscene turns out to be completely unskipabble. I then hear the dungeon queue fail noise as I miss it and then a little while later the cutscene ends.
