Verizon FiOs?

I live in Boston, MA and recently over the last few days Comcast's internet service has been ridiculously slow. To the point where I can't Netflix stream at the same time as playing League of Legends - or even surfing the internet. Downloads have gone to hell and I've ran a few diagnostic tests to see that my buffering is over 2000 ms with a 35% packet loss.

I contacted Comcast and they did whatever they do over the phone without any success, and they are sending a technician on Monday - which I am sure isn't actually going to do anything.

Anyway, my location has access to Verizon FiOs where it appears it will be cheaper than Comcast with faster speeds, anyone have any success or failure with Verizon?

the Fios is ok, but the guide is weird and the on-demand selections - limited. Other than that it's nice.

Got things settled via a lot of help from local PA Forumers who work on the inside.

This can be locked - all is well. Will look into Verizon at some point.

    Thanks everone.
