Anyway, when was the last time you were in Spokane for a length of time, Thanatos?
I spent some time there a couple years ago. It reminded me a lot of my hometown; it had just as much to do.
And when I say that someplace has "just as much to do" as a town in Nor-Cal with 40,000 people (despite having ten times that many), understand that I'm trying to be nice.

Most of Spokane is pretty shitty but as Gonzaga is growing so rapidly the area around it is getting something of a revival, including the otherwise shitty Hillyard district.
Downtown and the hills above it are fairly nice too.
While most of Spokane is a god damn wasteland there are pockets of civility.
