Recovering email password from Outlook SOLVED! Lock plz

Mother-in-law just got a new laptop and wants to set up her ISP email address. The address is setup on her old desktop in Outlook, but she doesn't know the password for the account. Aside from sitting on hold for an hour with her ISP, is there any way for me to recover the password from Outlook on her desktop?

Google brings me dozens of apps that require me to spend money for this. I found the entry in Regedit that looks like the password, but I have no idea how to convert that entry to the actual password.

Any ideas?

Edit: Nevermind! Found Asterisk Logger, which worked fine.
