That's nice and all- as part of the game, I'd really like to have fun. In order to have fun, I'd like to have a good, enjoyable game I stand a fairly good chance of winning. Everybody's doing their part to win. Everybody's working together. Trying their best.
Fuck you if you hide behind that phrase when you're playing like shit, or using it as an excuse to ruin others' fun. ESPECIALLY that.

WW is good, but only if you build him a specific way.
Wriggles -> Merc Treads -> Heart of Gold -> Chalice -> Madreds -> flex slot
You can swap the order of Heart, Chalice, and finishing Merc Treads from boots 1 as needed. Always buy the Recurve bow first for the Madreds.
My top choice for being good at everything is Malphite. He jungles quickly, does good damage, has great survivability, can initiate, and can escape very well. His scaling is excellent, but conversely he doesn't need a gigantic amount of gold to do well.
Jungling is more team depedent than laning, IMHO. People who fuck up your ganks can put a real damper on your plans.
For laning, Vlad. Build him mostly tanky, but get a Deathcap. You want Merc Treads, Dorans, Rylai's, Deathcap, Heart of Gold, FoN / Abyssal / Banshees. If you get all of that, sell Doran's for a flex slot. Build him 0/21/9.
All of those are champs that if you do well personally, you can carry pretty hard.

Let's look at this thing.
+23 AD
+30 armor
14% Lifesteal
Unique active: Drops a ward which lasts for 3 minutes on a 3 minute cooldown
Unique passive: 20% chance on hit to do 500 damage to minions
For 1525 gold.
For comparison, A Pickaxe plus a Vampiric Scepter plus a ward gives you the following:
+25 AD
12% lifesteal
One ward
For exactly 1500 gold.
So if anyone else didn't get that: If you only drop one Wriggle's ward throughout the entire game, Wriggle's is cost-efficient just for the damage and lifesteal. You get +30 armor, as many wards as you can place every 3 minutes through the duration of the game (without wasting an item slot on them!), and faster dragons/barons/buff camps for free.
This item is ridiculously good. Imma start buying it on motherfuckin' ranged carries.
