My Wii powers on for 1 second, then powers down.

Any one have an idea of what could be wrong with it? My Dad checked the power brick with a power meter and its working.

    Mine was doing this for a bit and I just disconnect the console from the brick, let it sit for about 5 minutes then plugged it all back in and powered it on.
