I have been hoping to see Twilight actually do some experiments or scientific thinking. When she finally does, it's all proved to be a waste of time and she's the one who is wrong. This episode just promotes superstitions and ignorance. Boo.

When you people start trying to sexualize the characters, that's when it really starts to smell neckbeardy in here.

Also, a minor animation detail. Remember back in episode 1 where that pony had the animation error in one scene and everyone called her Derpy Hooves and made a bunch of fanart? But she looked fine in every other scene she was in?

Oh man they should sell those horse mannequins so people can make clothes for their horses. Also they should sell boy horses. Also they should sell plushies.
edit: I know it's for girls and boys encroach on everything, but Spike's a boy. Maybe they could just put out Big Mac and/or Doctor Whooves. That would be plenty.

Well with Fluttershy I understood because she was scared. And when she is scared she can't fly. And with Twilight I'm gonna say that it's really hard to concentrate on teleporting when you have a giant monster chasing you.

thats a terrible way to keep your players within the confines of your story. my DM would have put sticky goo on flutter's wings and made the noxious gas stay with twilight so she couldn't cast. but they would have combined their powers and rolled a natural 20 and slain the hydra in a triple explosion of rainbows anyways
