    um, the website crashed for me I think. The timer and stream just froze, then I refreshed it and now it won't let me get back in line. What's up with this thing?

    Maybe I'll try it again this weekend or something if it kicked me out of line, but now i'm just disappointed

    I think it crashed for everyone. Two of my friends I showed it to said either the site didn't work or appeared frozen.

    Also, 3 hours? It's 1 AM and I'm tired. Hopefully the line will be shorter in the morning.

    It looks like it might be broken.

    I was in line for a while, having an awesome conversation with a few people talking about (amongst other things) the new Bright Eyes album which I decided to listen to while waiting.

    We'd noticed that the stream seemed to have frozen, but we weren't sure if the claw itself was broken or just the stream.

    But I was switching tabs to look up lyrics, and went to go back and accidentally clicked the damn 'x' to close the tab, and when I tried to return I can't even get in line now.

    I'm mostly just sad I left so suddenly, I was really enjoying our talk. :(

    They pulled some asshattery with the latest restock. All the big balls are on the bottom and the crammed all the small ones on top. It'll be a good 100 drops before the get spread out enough to start making good grabs.

    So someone pulled up a pink ball and on the drop it just went bouncing out the chute onto the floor. How do they tie the correct prize to the correct user?

    I'm guessing that they just review the video, and since you generally can't tell what's in the clear balls anyway, they just send you whatever they want if it's not a colored ball.
