Time's Website; Bad CSS or something worse?

So, I visited Time's website today, because it was trying to download a file to my boss's computer. It tried to download one to mine, too.

It's a .css file that includes the following text:

.app_content_51546247891 a.uiLinkSubtle { display: none; }
.app_content_51546247891 a.UIImageBlock_ICON_Image { display: none; }


#bootloader_Zvucx { height: 42px; }

I think it's probably just a bad ad, or something like that, but can anyone more savvy than me weigh in?
