DVD Burning and Audio Sync: The Lack Thereof

I'm using Nero 7 Ultimate Edition. Whenever I burn a DVD usually the first episodes of whatever "audio visual entertainment" i choose is fine, but then all episodes after that have the audio and video out of synch.
I dont know what the deal is. Help!
