Final Fantasy Tactics v. 1.3?

Sorry if this has been brought up before but i couldn't find anything on it. Anyways, I just heard about this patch and I was wondering if anyone has tried it? I love me some FFT and I would like to try this. I assume it is only for the PC rom version but if I could play it on my playstation that would be BA! Can anyone tell me where and how to get it?

    Never heard if it.
    Consoles Games do not have patches.

    I know that, i was just being hopeful. Supposedly its a mod for the final fantasy tactics rom that changes the classes a bit and ups the difficulty. That is all i know about it so i was hoping someone had some more info.
