    Another good episode! The animation in that battle scene was surprisingly rad.

    I like this show a lot, and it's got a lot going for it, but good animation is not one of them.

    These remind me of the comic about Final Fantasy XIII. "It gets really good after about the first 50 hours!"

    I think they need to move a little faster at hinting about a bigger story.

    Where is all this "bigger story" or "turn into something" talk even coming from?

    These stand on their own merit as one shots. Every one gets better than the last as the characters become more familiar.

    If you don't like it by now I don't think you're going to.

    This is fantastic.
    If you don't like it go read CAD instead.

    There really isn't any need for a bigger story

    In fact, incorporating a "bigger story" would pretty much wreck the style they've already got going

    It could be that Ix is too focused on Ledo... kind of uni-tasking on talking about her drinking while paying no attention to the world around him.

    heh. kinda wonder if ix saw the glitch in episode one, or wondered why ledo was freaking out about a dirt path. but that's overthinking it.

    again, this episode is an improvement. not as big as from ep 2 to ep 3, but you can see the work put into it. as it is right now, it's not a "wait and see" thing anymore; it's good enough for me to watch. so keep up the good work and keep improving.

    it needs to be about 20% improved

    The content from Mega64 was not bad. But, they failed to supply that content consistently.
    Ledo and Ix is good, and Carmichael is continuing to supply new episodes of L&Ix to PA at a certain rate.
    L&Ix should continue, and Mega64 should be buried somewhere between Double Hell and Scarytown for their failure to deliver a consistent "season" of episodes. (In the same way that most broadcast TV networks deserve to go bankrupt.)

    I like Ledo & Ix. It's a nice change of pace and has a more subtle kind of humour which appeals to me.

    I felt Mega64 just try to bludgeon you to death with the same, not particularly funny gags. I've only seen a couple, though.

    L&I reminds me of 8-Bit Theater, only less talky, more subdued and low-key. It works pretty well. :)

    yeah I never got into mega64, pretty much for this reason. Bludgeon humour is okay sometimes, but For the ones I saw, I felt they were trying too hard to be funny.

    Except that one where they dressed up as Pac-man and the ghosts and chased each other around town.

    Okay, this one was a little more solid than the first couple.

    I'm still not wild about it, but it's a little stronger and more focused now.

    I don't get the gender-reversal talk, both names seem gender-neutral to me. Well, I guess Ledo because it ends in the letter o. But that barely qualifies it as "masculine".
