You guys were great last time this came up so I thought this would be the best place to ask again.
I like this site a lot but it's still short a few prints, such as the one I am trying to find here.
It's called Tetris Attack on Game Boy. The style I want looks like this:
So my question is this, are there other websites that specialize in custom cases that are ready to be printed and cut much like the one I posted?
Or alt question, does someone have the artistic talent to make a custom printable cover using the cover of Tetris Attack on the spine and the front and then using the back of the regular Tetris cover?
If worse comes to worse I will just print off a Tetris insert and go with that but if I can avoid that then that would be tops.

Edit: Sorry, I have no time. Use this one as a template, then add the others on top with your favorite image editor.
