I played a Kayle vs Kassadin mid today, it came out surprisingly good. We didn't kill each other(they had a jungle we didn't) and I won on CS. If only bot and top would stop dying.
Edit: Annie absolutely wrecks the shit out of Kennen after six(but then she does that to almost anybody). Zilean makes Kennen cry up top.
Many AP champs can deal with Kennen, but the AD ones sure have issues.

I remember that from the TreeEskimo streams! You are probably right, I've never personally laned Morg vs Trynd top, but in those two games where tree was on both sides it seemed that way.

How many of you suggesting Kennen counter-strategies have played against an actual defensively-specced, Doran's Shield, "5th auto + W" Kennen?
I played as Kennen in a similar style for ~200 games.
Olaf is the only problem character I can recall.
Kennen hard-counters Mordekaiser. oh, and the people recommending champs like Annie and Zil are way off base. Kennen zones them effortlessly. Champs with hard CC are no problem as long as you're running cleanse+flash, which you should be. Actually, one of my favorite plays against an AP lane opponent was to buy two MR cloaks on the first trip back... watching Zilean realize that his double-bomb now does nothing to you is priceless.
Actually, thinking about my Kennen playstyle makes me realize what a total d-bag I must've been to play against.

Everything about kennen is annoying. When it comes to teamfight stage you hear kennen do his silly laugh as he balls up moves in, and ults under zonyas (hourglass). Ugh.

I disagree zeeny. I've seen Guardsman Bob do it before too. If morg really wants to PB with bind then I will just beat on her right there. And she'll have to get in the middle of my creeps to do it. I also think you're overestimating how much damage black shield will eat early game.

Black Shield will only mitigate the charge damage, and you have to be bloody fast/predict it to get the shield off in time. Xin Zhao with his W up can attack so fast he may just knock you up before you can get out of melee range. Even if you both lose 300 health each, his capacity to regenerate health will far outdo Morgana's at level 3-5. I guess the only way to make sure is to go out there and punch some mans though.

Xin is so good right now. pretty much any popup is an uncleansable stun. Shen plus a warwick or xin is an incredible initiate. Malphite's a close third.
There's something about hearing from your teammates 'Oh, I knew I could dive that guy, because you said your ult was ready' on shen that is super satisfying.

If Morg does that, she has no bite on her combo, which means Xin should rushdown on her without fear of taking large amounts of damage back.
Xin should be pretty healthy at all times, since he can just autoattack without Morg really being able to do anything to stop him.
As for Xin counters, Ashe does all right. The slow means that Xin is only getting 1 hit off the charge, after which she gets out of melee range and he can't catch her, then walks back to the line taking harass all the way back. Then she just uses her range and volley to try and whittle him down.

when you kill entire waves of creeps in 5 seconds minions harass for you! it's great. especially if you get the enemy with your puddle while they try to hit the melee minions
I find my average gain is down about 15 IP per win, and I'm gaining a tad more for losses.
I'm sure Riot will get it right at some point so I'm not going to get really worked up about it. So far with the 10 win IP boost my net is way positive.

Just let them complain and try your best to do what you can. Even if you still lose, you'll get IP/Exp, and won't have a "LEAVE".
They see me trolling they hating! Just went 3/4/11 and most of the four deaths was the enemy trundle focusing me out of jealousy. Or maybe he didnt know ashe/mal/twitch are more important then me. Also the Twitch had the gangster skin and carried HARD. That is by far the coolest skin ive seen in game.
