But I also forsee some minigames made for the 3DS. It's not like they can't just stick a new location in Hyrule Field somewhere, and the desert area is basically a gigantic blank slate to stick things in.
Could be that he was only talking about the Master Quest. Could be that he was talking about little things like stocking that shop from the earlier screens. Could be that there are 20-30 OoT-themed minigames like there were for Mario 64 DS (which would be pretty cool, that was a quality collection).
I spent SO much time in that casino, playing Poker...
I wish it had Solitaire.
Still, I loved dealer Luigi with Toad serving drinks in the background. I want a whole game with that scenario.
...er, but getting back on-topic, I wonder what sort of minigames they could do...

It's pretty easy to spot a reseal these days, but that's only because the machines commercially available are about the level of quality as the ones manufacturers used back in the N64 days.
So, I guess you probably couldn't tell the difference. I guess it doesn't matter if it's in great condition. Shit, why didn't you buy it?

$170 is a lot of money, and the game itself is not worth that price when you can get it cheaper when the 3DS version comes out. You would have to be a crazy go nuts collector to even consider buying that. I don't speak for UV, but I for one wouldn't have even entertained the notion of buying it at that price.
Kinda wish I was into Zelda pre-OoT. A cousin brought it over one day about 1 year after launch and I instantly started buying up anything Zelda. It was too late to get the gold cartridge though . The holographic Majora's Mask cartridge almost made up for it, was there even a regular version of that one?

i was surprised when i saw a friend's cart had a non-holographic label. wasn't aware those existed. and i bought mine (a holographic one) in 2002. it was brand new as well.
The more I see of Skyward Sword's style, the more I really like it. I can't wait to see it in motion on my television set. I only regret it won't be in HD.
But then, even Mario Galaxy looked fantastic on my TV, so this should too.
Yeah, I really like the Skyward Sword art style. It seems to strike an excellent balance between Wind Waker and Twilight Princess, weighing more heavily on the Wind Waker side.
It just looks so unique to me.
Also, this isn't official artwork, but is pretty well done.
Also wasn't the Deku tree from Wind Waker the sprout anyway?
Confirmed in New Game+ when you see all the Hylian text translated in dialogue. The Hylian he says to you is something like "Are you the Hero of Time?...."
That is a shame you guys, its pretty good stuff! Summed up:
You and Midna burst into the thrown room of Hyrule Castle where Ganondorf is sitting in the darkness all brooding and shit. Midna decides to be really cocky and gives Ganondorf some lip. Ganons all "you better step off bitch, my magic is mad powerful!" and he throws her around a bit and before Midna can stop him, he takes possession of Zelda.
Here you have to play tennis with the energy ball she attacks you with until you get one set point. Then Midna puts on the three Fused Shadows and forces the possessed Zelda back onto the thrown and the next thing you see is that Zelda is revived and then Ganon shows up again as a huge menacing looking demon boar. You have to transform into a wolf, wait for him to charge at you, and then use Midna to put him to a hault with the hand that emerges when you are holding down B and throw him aside. Then when he is on his side you have to leap at his underbelly and render your sharp fangs into his flesh. You do this a few times and then there is a cutscene that reveals that Ganon might have taken out Midna . . . and then the next phase.
Now Ganon is on horseback and Zelda is with you, you are both also on horseback, and she aims at him with light arrows as you attempt to get close and slice into him. Hit him about three times and he falls to the ground, starts laughing at you like he does in Wind Waker, and then you get trapped inside one of those force field things with him and must engage in hand to hand combat. You beat him here and then win the game and all is sunshine and rainbows and peace returns to Hyrule. Hooray!

Yeah. Don't know why you'd forget, it's actually pretty awesome. And the music is great and it has a great final sword fight.

Just for god's sake, don't limit it to one figure per day.
Christ.
especially when there's a bunch of one-timer enemies in a row in a dungeon

I was in a game store today that had a boxed and sealed copy of the Collector's Edition of Ocarina of Time for $170.
Actually sealed, or resealed?

I don't know
I'm not sure how to tell the difference between a seal and reseal
But the box looked brand fucking new

2) I don't have an N64
3) It's not like it's Wind Waker 8-)

This is correct.
I'm kind of excited for skyward sword but I think I've had my fill of Zelda games, I didn't even finish Twilight Princess.
LttP and WW for life.
and I have a sneaking suspicion I'll be adding SS in there too. It just appeals to me already.

Just a thought.
No
Don't start
Forget I said anything! Here is a nice shiny distraction (Twilight Princess end spoiler):
I forget the fight
The end
Everything

Holy shit, me too. Even watching that video, I have no recollection.

I mean, I guess bigger picture it didn't have anything quite as memorable as the end of WW when

So much fail.
Silly me.
Also I have no clue why I put an extra N in Ganon.
