Turn 4: CAG Lee "Apollo" Adama (Dracil)

Executive Order: Darian moves the port-bow (7 o'clock) viper to the fore (9 o'clock) area with the second half of his activation. For his second action, Darian plays Tactics 2 - Launch Scout.

    Launch Scout: 6, Pass.

Darian looks at the top card of the Destination Deck and replaces it on top of the deck.

Lee and Felix work together to clear out the Raiders attacking the fleet. With a pause in the action, the minds of the people of the fleet begin to drift and dwell on the past. They've come a long way since the Cylons' attack on the Colonies - how much longer will they need to run?

Crisis Step: Haunted by the Past

Skill Check [12] Politics + Leadership
    Pass: No Effect.
Fail: Each player must discard 1 random Skill Card.
Consequence: Current Player Lee "Apollo" Adama (Dracil) gives any Title Cards he has to the player (aside from himself) highest on the Line of Succession.

After Crisis: Activate Heavy Raiders, Advance Jump Preparation

    Skill Check Contributions
    Destiny Deck: 2 cards
Helena Cain (Professor Phobos): 1 card
    Tom Zarek (Plutonium):
    Felix Gaeta (Darian):
    Anastasia "Dee" Dualla (Stiles):
    Lee "Apollo" Adama (Dracil):

Remember: Skill Check Consequences trigger if a Strength-0 Skill Check ability card (EDIT: or a Reckless Skill Check Treachery card) is found in the result.

Skill check consequences also trigger if a Treachery card with a skill check icon on it shows up in the result.

Anyway, I'm gonna toss in a big one. one card.

EDIT: Note, for you people with the distrusting, I'm the next in line for succession as CAG. Why would I contribute against my own gains in power were I some sort of power hungry robot woman? It makes no sense.

The consequence can trigger whether it passes or fails; all that matters is whether any card with the skill-check symbol on it is present.
Crisis Cards with a “Consequence” Result
Some Crisis and Super Crisis Cards feature a “consequence”
result (indicated by the Skill Check Ability icon) that is
triggered when at least 1 Skill Card with a Skill Check Ability
icon is played into that Crisis Card’s skill check.
After Skill Cards with Skill Check Ability icons are resolved
during a skill check, determine if the check lists a
“consequence” result. If it does, and least 1 Skill Card with a
Skill Check Ability icon was played into the check, resolve the
“consequence” result. Note that the presence of a Skill Check
Ability icon on a Skill Card played into a skill check triggers the
“consequence” result regardless of whether the skill check is
    passed or failed.

If the check is failed, we all discard 1 card, and Adama (who is CAG) has to pass any title cards to the next character in their respective lines of succession. Helena Cain is next.

Honestly, it's the 1 card discard we should be more worried about. Though of course spending more cards to beat the challenge than we'd lose letting it slide is a silly idea.

That's not right; if the check is failed we all discard.

Separately, whether the check passes or fails, if any skill-check cards (reckless, 0 strength, or some treachery cards) are present, then the CAG title goes to Cain.

To make it super clear, if any of the following cards appears in the Skill Check, Consequences trigger: Red Tape, Iron Will, Trust Instincts, Support the Fleet, Establish Network, Broadcast Location, By Your Command, Special Destiny. Consequences can trigger irrespective of if the check as a whole passes or fails.

Also, clarification questions tend to be made in bold orange if they want to stand out.

How bad would it be exactly if Lee lost the CAG title?

Pretty bad. The CAG has a lot to do, as does the President, as does the Admiral...and the action economy being what it is, it's tough for one player to hold two titles, much less all three. Also I'm not a pilot and it'd waste an action de-titling me.

Zero. I think we'll have to tank this.

I'm going to need what little politics and leadership I have left to take back the presidency or help brig the admiral if she decides not to cooperate. Taking back the card when it would have been revealed by the investigative committee is just too much. It pretty much confirms it was negative.

Phobos, either administration is activated next turn, or you better take your only chance now to reveal as a cylon. If not, I'd better hear a real good reason why I shouldn't brig you on my turn.

And besides, I'm still for brigging Cain if there's not an administration change. Heavy raider activations are fairly uncommon, so I'll still probably be able to slip an XO to you guys to take shots at it on my turn, if Cain wants to cooperate by giving up the reins of the presidency.

Even if we jump, the heavy raider will just come back, and by then it might have more friends with it. The new Cylon Fleet module makes me leery of letting enemy ships just hang out while we try to run away from them.

The heavy raider won't just go away though. It'll board eventually. Although a show of good faith from Cain would be great right now.
I forgot they included extra damage tokens so the 2X isn't as likely anymore. I guess it'd only be worth it with a critical situation at the moment.
