    I have some questions for you.

    1. What is the CFC, and why doesn't Child's Play participate in it?

    This is a pretty basic case study and I'd like to know how you'd assist as part of the management of such an important organization. It's multiple choice so you won't need to go into any depth.

    A young man, FP, has had a mostly untroubled life with his family in West Philadelphia. He is a particularly passionate and talented basketball player, and takes part in games outside of his school daily. Despite - or perhaps because of - his developing talent on the court, he becomes a specific target for local thugs and ends up with multiple arm fractures after one particularly violent fight.

    Scared of further retaliation from the bullies, his mother transfers him to a private hospital in Los Angeles, where FP has only a few distant relatives and an outdated SONY Walkman to comfort him.

    Assuming the hospital requests assistance on this particular case, how do you contribute?

    A) Offer a current model SONY PSP and a selection of games;

    B) Arrange an in-hospital meeting with his basketball hero, Charles Barkley;

    C) Assign your time and resources to more pressing cases;

    or

    D) Put him in a cab and say, "Yo homes, smell ya later."

    Do you plan on expanding the donor-base of CP to areas outside of the current game and pop-culture communities or do you think that your efforts would be better spent on saturating the current CP donor demographic?

    Also, many old-guard charities are facing a sharp decline in donor-retention as old methods of raising money such as direct mail and payroll deductions are getting fewer and fewer results. How do you plan to keep CP relevant as a charity and to use new methods of raising awareness and cash?

    Candidate B. I am an eight year old boy with cystic fybrosis. I live in a small rural town in Georgia. My family does not come from good means, so we make do with what we get. Blue-Cross/Blue-Shield has recently denied partial coverage causing my hospital stay to become increasingly burdensome on my family.
