If there is going to be meetups please have one after thurs. I won't be there till like 3 am thurs and would like to meet you chums cause this is the only real community I know for pax -_-
So AP cho'goth is the most ridiculous thing there is. So much HP and he can devour people for about a quarter billion damage.
Hello sammich! We only had minor problems with that cho'goth yesterday, no? I mean, we won and all, after I stopped feeding him. Sure, it was low level, and my wife kept nudging me towards actually going to work and all... but I learned a ton during that game. I was rushed when I left, so if I forgot to say thanks, I'll say it now, "Thanks!"

Hmm, my Team Demacia would consist of Jarvan, Xin, Garen, Poppy, and Lux.
Oh Simon, recalling our conversation about Manamune on Sivir. This is why I don't think it's so great:
350 Mana +7 Mana Regen per 5 sec +20 Attack Damage UNIQUE Passive: 2% of your max mana is converted to attack damage. UNIQUE Passive: Each time you attack, you gain one maximum mana (3 second cooldown.) Each time you use an ability, you gain 4 maximum mana (3 second cooldown.) Bonus caps at 1000 mana.
The 3 second cooldown is what takes it forever fill the damn thing up. I'd rather run mana regen blues (and some yellows since change to mp/5) rather than spend my first 1800 on manamune. More effective just to get a BF sword. You start hitting hard earlier, get your BT faster, and beyond level 10 or so you won't have mana issues.
Sivir doesn't spam abilities enough to fill it up quickly. If you want the early mana to spam glaive I'd just grab a chalice and then sell it later in the game.

Lol he was two shotting me on Kass. On a better team he would have been a monster.
To be honest I would have liked to see Rent on either a lane or a more ganky jungler where his level advantage would have been more usefull early on.
You did good though, the feeding Karthus was a big problem for us. Try finding a champ you like and sticking to him for a while.

The only counter to the fact that she won't fill it up is that the tear starts filling up and carries over when it converts. You get the tear early to help with mana issues, get some other items, finish the manamune once you have more mana.

The problem with this is that Sivir doesn't really spam abilities and ricochet doesn't help build up the item. So you're not looking at very much growth until you actually get the Manamune. I'm with the camp on get a BF sword and run regen runes. If not then build a chalice.
im trying jungling with him in custom games and I take flag first for the ridiculous 10 (20) armor buff in addition to armor runes masteries and cloth armor
did you honestly think (even for a second) that they are nerfing characters based on one player's complaint
No, just that type of bad play is representative of why they are nerfing perfectly fine characters.
The three biggest balance problems in LOL right now are:
- Snowballing is out of control
- CC is a bit too good, they are working on it.
- Resurrection / Super regen effects, combined with snowballing in particular.
And most of the tanky DPS characters aren't benefited quite as much by snowballing. It's 20 stack SotO Pantheon or 6/0 early Akali that breaks the game completely. But really, the game snowballs too fast in general right now. I've been on both the losing and winning end of a lot of 20 minute surrenders recently, because someone feeds Yi, or they feed me as Vlad, etc. Having a bad early game is nearly a death sentence these days.
Ezreal's ratio on Trueshot isn't going to be that bad.
It's just bonus damage.
I mean, the most AD I got in any of my most recent ezreal games was 235.
You're capable of getting WAY more ability power that that. So, great, my Trueshots will do about 880 damage instead of 650, not a MASSIVE OMFG increase but a nice needed boost.
Aye not overpowered at all, but as an Ez player it's a hella nice boost. In your example that's a good 25+% boost. That's a very good amount.
Oh, I'm not complaining, I'm just saying, Bagel said why not start at a .5 ratio.
And I'm just saying starting at a .5 ratio would be fucking stupid, I mean, whoop, +100 damage. Great. It isn't like we stack MPen as AD Ez.
...but that's just it. With that change, doesn't armor pen count to his ult now?

No. It gets a bonus from AD, the damage type of the ability itself did not change.
Which would be a good thing to bring up just in case people were not aware.
Abilities often get bonuses applied from AD or AP, however each move has a certain damage type associated with it that is visible in the tooltip.
This is why people get confused when they go against people like Katarina. Her moves scale with both AD and AP but they always do MAGIC damage. It is important to understand what damage type your enemy is bringing to the table, to do this it is important to understand what damage their abilities do.
