CMS suggestions?

My boss wants me to work on a personal website for him and I don't really have the time. I'd like to set him up with an easy-to-use CMS so he can make the updates himself. Two things it must be able to do are upload files and embed videos. Any suggestions on what I can set up for him so he can do the rest of the work?

    Wordpress is probably the easiest to use. You can also look into Joomla and Drupal.

    Google Sites.
    If they think anything free is useless - Google Sites Premier.
