I was recently messing around with Skype's screen sharing feature and saw it did not work with Oblivion running either full screen or windowed. That and other 3d applications just ended up with him seeing a black screen where the application was running.
This led to the question: is there an easy way to do this? My google-fu seems to be weak in this particular area, so I turn to you, PA forums.
Livestream seem to be working fairly well. Even tough I can't figure out how to switch between the procaster tabs while in game. I want to see the chat damn it!

I'm not sure if you can do it with livestream, but with some of the other online streamers you can use an irc client to view your chat.
Using livestream, if you set the option to display a game when you start procaster, it should give you the option to show chat on the upper left side of the screen.

own3D.tv using XSplit or justin.tv using XSplit (for example of the potential quality, check out the VODs in my signature, I use own3D)

I do see that but how do I switch it to chat? Right now it's on keyboard shortcuts.
It should tell you to press ctrl+f1 once you start the game to go live. When you get into the game, press ctrl+f1. The window at the top left should do some stuff, then have indications of how long you've been streaming and stuff. The chat window is under that. If it's minimized for some reason, press ctrl+alt+N and it should bring it back up.
