lukomon Pokédex

First of all, I hope I'm posting in the right section :D

Second, thanks so much for the latest comic PA. I've been following this site for ages but now I just had to register to give a big thank you. The comic was great, but the lukomon mention was even greater...

I've had an iPhone for months now and I use it for most everyday tasks. I am a huge Pokémon fan so I use safari to visit my favorite pokémon sites. I really had no idea there actually was a Pokédex for the iPhone, so this was an eye-opener. I instantly bought it and I'm loving every part of it. Especially the IV calc and EV tracker are huge plusses for me. That those things are possible in an app, unbelievable.

Well just wanted to say thank you once again, this has made my pokémon life so much easier. Are there actually more people that bought the app? (and who are loving it as much as I do?)

    Wait I really don't get this at all... Why would you spend money on this? I guess I don't understand the point of a pokedex on your iphone, I mean when would something like this be useful?

    Also mildly skeptical it's legal to sell something with actual Nintendo/Gamefreak sprites in there. Then again, Apple doesn't really seem to care much about copyright infringing stuff on their store as long as they get money for it.

    There's already a Pokemon thread. That said, I wouldn't encourage you to post this there, either. While the front page did link to this (let this be a note to the posters in the thread, sometimes you need to check the actual content on this site), the forums are not a source of free advertising.

    EDIT - To be fair, your post may or may not be a shill, however it definitely comes across that way.
