Yeah Regi knew they were fucked but there was nothing to do. I thought they were fucked when I saw them going for it, and all the enemies just came up.
Minion changes mean that if a jungle ganks one of the solo lanes its almost a gauranteed tower down, if the laner is a decent pusher (sivir, mord, nid, tf). It's retarded, mid game starts basically 6-7 minutes in before half the champs in the game can get their first decent item.
Feels entirely too much like TT as far as game phases go and TT is not balanced for most champs.

What internal testing? I thought they just threw darts at a board and patched according to where they hit.
While not entirely accurate, Guinsoo has publically stated that they don't get stastically relevant data from their internal testing, which means that things like gameplay changes (such as minion buffs) are tested from a purely mechanical standpoint - i.e. "okay i've programmed it to spawn a cannon minion every 2 waves at 20 minutes is it doing that? yes? alright ship it.", and not examined to see the effect they'll have on games.
Man, playing some sort of crazy pusher reminds me of playing pyro in TF2. You just want to tell your teammates "Don't come with me. I'm going to go do crazy shit which I can get away from if I'm alone but we'll both definitely die if I have to try to protect you too."
Most people seem to get it when a Nidalee or Yi or TF goes off on their own, but sometimes you get a caster or whatever with no escapes be like I WANNA COME TOO!
Reminds me of this one time I was playing Sivir with an Annie on my team a while back. I swear she was roleplaying a little girl because she kept following me around like I was her mommy. I kept telling her to go away because the BD won't work if she doesn't stay with the rest of the team but I could not get rid of her.
I dont get it, the game has always been about pushing towers.
Now the minion changes balance it back towards focusing on maintaining lanes, and less focus on team fights.
I'm guessing the next step for them is going to be lowering the amount of damage players do to turrets so that Yi / Udyr etc cant backdoor as effectively, and require creeps to get tower kills.

I really don't think the changes have changed the game as much as people thing they did, they were minor changes, I think what really changed was the way players play now. More people push towers now than before.
50% more kaboom from minions does not strike me as minor, not when I'm seeing "A minion has demolished a tower while you were all busy haha fuck you" so often.

Yeah this minion pushing change is total bullshit. What's worse is that the general forums (who Riot seems to listen to) have turned it into a debate on push characters like Yi when those characters aren't the problem and have barely changed at all. The problem is that you're constantly defending your lanes from huge minion pushes that form on their own and wreck turrets in ten seconds if left unchecked, which makes it almost impossible to group up and actually initiate a fight.
It has nothing to do with split builds or teleport TF or anything like that. 100% of the problem with the minion change is huge solo pushes causing you to lose towers without anyone on either team doing a damn thing.

Edit: I enjoy the whole "fighting on three fronts" nature of Summoner's Rift. I rather have people constantly in each lane with some personnel shifts than everyone constantly grouped up as 5 and staying that way the rest of the game.

Why, it just so happens to be Ezreal. A champion that excels in one on one engagements and suddenly disappearing in order to jump into another lane and ruin lives.

Won a crushing victory with three enemy ragequits, but it certainly wasn't because of any clutch early game work on my part.
