    I know I'll get shouted down for saying that I think the melting ice at the poles has redistributed enough mass to change the stresses on the earth's crust and that it will probably increase the number of major earthquakes for thousands of years. One quake can set up stresses on another fault's weak spots until a real domino effect happens.

    I'd love that. Most my neighbors are hicks and I'd take my chances just to see all their trailer homes rolled around. Chances are after a tornado that slightly less of their garbage would end up in my yard.

    What's going on with Hawaii right now? When I left the livestream they said that damage wouldn't be significant, but there would be small widespread damages. They also said they weren't sure if that was positive and would need time to get a 100% on anything.

    Have they decided 100% on anything yet?

    (Oliviaw is over simplifying a major issue over there: Japan's plummeting birth/death rate, which is compounded by, well, stringent rules on immigration. They won't be out of people by 2050, but if there isn't some major change, we may not recognize the country by that time. Note that this too is a pretty watered down description. :b )

    Thoughts go out to the country, and the men and women stationed there.
