I think the highlight of the April Fool's festivities was someone going "can we get the spies to change classes and play something useful?" and then 2 rounds later the two spies on the team, Zehbrahs and me, are the top two for damage by a good margin, having done half the damage to Saxton.
Mostly just for the weekend, due to the heavier initial download the VSH stuff has. It's not like pubbers will stick around for anything that takes more than five seconds to download...
Also: Crash should totally make a VSH map.

Have you seen what you'd be up against? I mean, west was probably shat out in a day. It's just a big hill with some buildings surrounding it.
All you have to do is make a arena map that doesn't have broken shit that people can abuse (like the rooftops of farm_feud), and you're golden.

There were some freaky glitches. On the map with the big hill in the middle, the horseman started off invisible. I come out of spawn wondering where he was and then I see the axe floating in the air. While I was wondering what it was doing, it changed directions and was running towards me. Then there was the time I see Saxton standing still with his arms stretched like he was in GMOD or something. While I'm staring at him I get wacked by an invisible Saxton.

I don't know how complicated it would be for our volunteer benefactors, but if we could set up the ability to vote between modes like prophunt/saxtonhale and regular tf2 like I've seen on a few servers that would be preferable. I saw it once on a server that could switch between prophunt and tf2ware, though that was a server with working tf2ware and I'm under the impression it never worked on ours.
Hmm. I might be able to start playing again soon. My internet provider seems to be finally(albeit slowly) fixing their bandwidth issues. For the past month or two I've had to play in the middle of the day if I want to play at all.

Does it work with other Steam games, or other non-Steam games? If it's the later, check the Steam audio settings and make sure your input device is your headset (and run the test). I've seen Steam do some odd things with the audio settings on it's own in the past, especially if you start it up without the headset plugged in.
