Seattle-area broadband?

My current ISP (Speakeasy) has managed to totally alienate me, so I am in search of recommendations for a potential replacement.

Here's what I'm looking for:

- Unlimited bandwidth (I'm not the sort of person who abuses it by downloading a billion terabytes on BitTorrent 24/7, I just like to know I'm not going to get cut off or surcharged if I do need to download a bunch of big files).
- At least two static IPs.
- The ability to host my own servers for very low-volume use. Specifically, mail, web, DNS, and SVN.
- Not affiliated with Covad.

Speed is not a huge concern. I am on 1.5 down/384 up DSL right now and I never feel like it's too slow, so I imagine pretty much any modern broadband is going to be adequate.
