Lost Nintendo DS

I apologize if there is a separate place for this kind of thing, but I lost a red Nintendo DS today (Sunday), and I'm thinking it was dropped at the Naga theater during the We Like To Move It animation panel. That was the last time my bf was playing it, and he put it on his bag and must have dropped it.

The console is red and there is an R4 in the ds slot. I've contacted lost and found, and while they said there was a red DS in their box, it didn't have an R4 in it. If anyone picked it up or knows someone who somehow got a free red Nintendo DS today, I would really appreciate it if you could contact me.

Thanks :(

This is a good excuse to upgrade to a 3DS!! Also, maybe some one took your flash card out and turned in the DS?

This. Ask again, but tell them the "name" + color the the DS should have.

I just thought of this right before you posted it... I didn't ask what was in the cartridge slot because I thought they would find that skeptical, so I don't know if they meant it was empty or had another game in it. I also should have asked them to turn on the DS and check the user profile name, my info would be in it! Man I was too distraught to think it over, I was on a bus on the way home, almost an hour away from the convention when I realized it was missing...

I sent them an email at their general PAX questions address (an enforcer told me to inquire there, guess there really isn't anywhere else to direct lost/found questions?) but does anyone know of any other way to reach someone who might be able to help with lost and found stuff?

I live in the Boston area and can goto their lost and found for you on Monday to see if it is still there. If you wanna PM me the user name I can get it and mail it to you at my cost if it is in fact the one.

I don't have a DS and am not really not into the portable gaming to much so you will need to explain the way to get the user name off it.

But if your willing to trust me I'm more than willing to help you. I'd hate to see someone loose something like this. I know I'd hate to loose one and would hope someone would do the same for me.

That's very kind of you, I actually live in the outer Boston area, so I could go back to check the lost and found... I just wasn't sure when or where I could go to check it? I imagine PAX has pretty much dismantled their setup, so where does the lost and found stuff move to? I tried calling the convention center itself, but just got a bunch of automated messages. Do you think it would be worth heading over Monday after work hours to see if I could sort this out?

Thanks for all your help, guys. Much appreciated.

I would assume lost and found would be handled by the actual expo center.

If getting there is not to much of an issue you could just head there and see if there is a place to look.

    Also I found this:

    Maybe this will help :)
