Simon Cowbell suggested a tanky 0/21/9 build with Triforce and tanky items. This went well. I did get Wriggle's first, though, because it's just great all around. Their Noctrune went glass cannon.
I went 11/5/14 and theirs went 5/9/12. We both had 138 minion kills (not including jungle creeps).
Nocturne's passive is really amazing for farming. With enough AD, you can pretty much knock out a whole wave in a matter of a few seconds. He is also good at knocking down towers, but the passive doesn't apply to tower hits, which sucks.
Still not feeling his presence in team fights. So far my general strategy has been to sit back after initiation and wait for someone to get low, then ult in on them. Q in the middle of the fight and start picking off people hoping I don't die. Cause there's not much you can do if they start to focus you.

This is what Kass does too , assassins aren't meant to have big teamfights presence , just makes people want to focus you. Also I would compare my nocturne experience with yours but riot doesnt want me to have him

I tried out the automatic patch fixer thing and it worked perfectly.

I had 1 and a third good games today. I say one and a third because the first game it waits to tell em I have a patch problem as the game client starts up and says version mismatch. By the time I fixed it, I get in and everyone is lv 8-10. I managed to get up to 6 with Cloth Armor, Swift boots, and a B.F. Sword. Igel as Nocturne jsut tore them up while they were 4v5ing the enmy and then I jsut played bait for the rest of the game, and the enemy fell for it every time.
Next game I got to play the whole thing. Went mid against a Fiddle.......I think maybe, just maybe, they should add a little more time to the drain cooldown. Once I finally had my IE though, he knew to run like hell.
Gonna get home in a couple hours. Talk to me about Nocturne. Is he fun to play? Should he jungle or lane? Is Paranoia as unfun to be against as the Internet has me believe? Is he an assassin like Kassadin/Akali or a persistent melee like Xin?

Haven't played him yet, but i have played against him. Jungle seems to be better than laning but I'm not entirely sure. Paranoia is scary but it isn't game wrecking, it lasts like a second and if you're on vent it's not nearly as frightening. Also he is an assassin I am positing based on the fact that I literally killed one in three shots once. He is rather squishy.
So how noticeable is the ratio change on Lux's ult? Anyone?

I haven't noticed it too much in a couple games, but I build Cool down and a tear first before I start getting AP so most of the games I never really got much AP.
huh, the feast nerf sucks ass, but the vorpal spikes buff just might make up for it! Using my attack speed page and a malady he actually does a stupid amount of damage with physical attacks, makes for an interesting ap/tank/as hybrid...thing.
also, nocturne, awful laner.

Nocturne is amazing. Just had a hilarious 4v5 with him and other PA'ers. You just can't escape him.

the funniest part of the game was that we had their Nexus almost down several times in a row, but because of some team miscommunications we never managed to attack it all at once :P
Man, Co op vs AI brings out the bravest and the stupidest people I ever run into. Under leveled and out gunned, what does Tristana do? Rush out from spawn and rocket jump into the bot like a boss! Late game facing 3 bot solo with 25% health left? Kassadin riftwalk right into them. Early game with 50 hp left? b is for cowards! Real men dances the laning dance till they die! No whining, no crying, no retreat, no surrender!
Oh the fearlessness we had when we first started, sometimes I wish I can have it back.
I played against a Nocturne once, who got mad and played the "Your champion is OP" card since we began beating them. I was playing Urgot and it became a 4v5 half-way through the match since our Shen decided to leave after his surrender vote failed. Quite a satisfying game, but ah yes, Nocturne. His ult is a little scary, but he never targeted me directly with it. He seemed to go down extremely fast in team fights, even if I was focusing him solo. Assassin indeed.

Played Nocturne.
Jungled, built attack speed and some damage.
Ended game with Ghostblade, Wriggle's, Zerk Greaves, SotD and Bloodthirster. Next buy was Banshee's, but I never got a chance to go back after that to buy one. I was dropping towers so fast, so tasty.
11/5/12 tearin' up fleshbags. Also, best part of Noc mirror is if I'm low and he ults, I can just pop my bubble to eat the jump if he targets me.
Nocturne is awesome, but squishy. I think someone said kind of like Kassadin, which is true. He's like the melee version of Kass. Jump in to take advantage in a fight and wipe some people out then get away.
Are there any Jax skins left? I'd really appreciate it if there's nobody else who wants one. I don't really play with PA guys as often as I should (They all have better pings than me ) so if there's a guy who plays with you more don't worry about it.
After about two months of continuous Nidalee, It's kinda neat to just turn my brain off and hit things until they die. Oh, you guys initiated without me? Good luck with that, I'll just farm u--I mean ninja push.
