I'm down for a meetup Friday at 1. Also, I lost almost 2 pounds this week! Huzzah! I am so close to the 180s I can taste it. I'd really love to break through another decade of weight by PAX.
The difference since last week? Logging every food!!! No cheating by not writing down little bites. Also I added one gym day back into my schedule w/ the two long dog walks I've been maintaining. And walking up the stairs to the third floor every time I go to the bathroom (at least 12 flights a day!) Goal for this week - repeat! Two long dog walks, 1 gym session, always take the stairs, and TOTAL food logging!

Out of state for a weigh-in, but will see about tomorrow. Expecting a little jump after spending time free-wheeling with buddies over the weekend, followed by a 2-day trip home. Hoping to stay on track overall though. We shall see.
I rode my bike to and from work today, 8.5k both ways and got less than 200 points. Dafuq!

So, costumes coming along (and wedding planning :P) so missed 2 workouts. Hoping to just catch back up tomorrow, regardless of the numbers. So long as my corset holds everything in, I'm good to go
Considering I actually bubbled back up to 224 between weigh-ins, I consider this OK - I certainly was getting a little lax last week, and I'm glad my body sent a wake up call to me. I've set a new goal of 216 by PAX to help get me refocused, since hitting 220 seems to have put me in vacation mode.
Still feel great, though.. so that's saying something.
First weight loss in 3 months! Also found out if I take my gym shoes off I really weigh 133 but I always weight myself after I workout so I will just keep the shoes in the equation. hehe

That's awesome! I also tend to leave my sneakers on. That way I work just that much harder and then get an accurate weigh in about once a month for an ego boost when I see my nutritionist.

Yeah, that's why I'm thinking a weigh in won't be a good idea. Weight varies from scale to scale, also it would be a bit cumbersome, also everyone generally weighs in in their skivvies or less. Gonna just say a quick meetup, a how-do-you-do, and a place to give out the challenge coins to our two winners.

I lost 2.2 lbs this week. Weight Watchers kindly told me I reached a milestone of 25 lbs lost (that is since the beginning of the year). I have no clue what to say to that.

At +1 lb. from where I originally started but am feeling great! Clothes are fitting better, running 3-4 times a week and starting to get in more YAYOG workouts. Feeling much happier than I thought I would be to be putting on weight.

update on my goals from a couple months ago:
I went from 168lbs(last year) to where I was a few months ago(158lbs) when I set my goals. I am now 148lbs and feeling pretty good at this weight. My other goal was to acquire a 6-pack, and although i have gained a much flatter stomach... my hatred of ab workouts has eliminated it from my reach. All in all, though, I am content with where I am now, and am ranking my goals as 85% success! You can judge for yourself when I meet you all!
Some awesome progress and news from everyone -- @SpectacledBear I hear ya on feeling and fitting better without always seeing a loss - these past 2 weeks I've been at the same weight, but feel like everything is much looser on me...
Just 2 more weeks, everyone! - you know you'll probably cheat a little at PAX, so finish strong and give yourself some room to have a little fun.
Real trick will be - how soon to start a PAX Fitness 2013 group so we can keep the motivation going?

Considering that this is my New Year's resolution, I am going all year. My friends wedding is on May 20th or so and I plan on being around 214 lb by then. I started at 256 and am down to 231 so far since the first of the year.
So, for the challenge, can I still post my stats like everyone else or do I have to be a part of the fitocracy group? I am just lazy and don't feel like joining. I will post my stats anyway!
Per math from my friend, my % for the competition is 6% lost. If that is wrong, yell at him!
My weigh in day is like a day or two off from the dates you guys use. I usually weigh in on Thursdays, but it looks like you guys do Tuesday or so. Same difference.
