i remember using them once long ago when someone showed me how but

what should i do, i want to use them
be strong like russian

    Dan John is my go-to kettlebell guy. This article is an excellent how-to on the swing, the fundamental kb movement. You could probably just do a google search for "dan john kettlebell" and learn basically everything you'd need from that. The Jeff Martone instruction videos hosted on crossfit are also pretty good.

    And the original kettlebell guy is Pavel. Enter the Kettlebell

    The basic three exercises you can do is the turkish getup, single-arm swing to clean and press and the windmill. Start light. And make sure there's lots of room in case it accidentally gets away from you on the swing.

    thanks guys, i had briefly looked at some dan john stuff (part of the reason for my interest) so that is good

    i will start a readin and hopefully start doin soon

    too bad my gym is quite small and the best space to use the kettlebells is right next to a giant mirror... hmmm

    i'll need to figure that out
