I have a question now that the schedule has been released.
If I want to attend 3 panels in the same theater and they are all in a row do I need to leave the room and go back to the queuing area?
I have a question about my PAX passes in transit through FedEx. (I don't know where to post this, forgive me) I was checking their status and saw this next to the latest update: "Improper or missing paperwork - Missing Commercial Invoice - Contact customer service". Is this PA's bad, FedEx's bad, or my bad?? Also, is that critical?? I'm worried...
Contact FedEx directly. It could be a misscan, it could be the tag got ripped off or smeared in transit. Could be something completely different.
Thank you. Just called FedEx and they told me that it had no Commercial Invoice filled out with it, and that all that was needed to be done was have the sender fill out the invoice. So... Who do I contact about this?
Greeeeeaaat I just got the same message and a lovely French Canadian lady telling me the package is being held until that info is provided... emailed PAX help, and will now compulsively check my email for an answer
I got the two Friday passes I ordered in the mail, but there were no halofest badges in the envelope. Do they only come with 3-day badges, are they coming in a second envelope, or was there some kind of mistake in sending it.
I have emailed the pax questions email address already, but was wondering if there was something else I should do about it.
I'm looking for some feedback on things you'd like to see added to the FAQ. Instead of cluttering up this thread right before PAX, Please PM me any suggestions! I'd love them.
Also, suggestions for the Boston section of the FAQ would be more than welcome.

I'm slightly worried because a couple of my friends who are going to pax (one who lives right across the street from me) have received their badges in the mail and i have yet to get mine.
I'm not in panic mode yet i'm just kind of worried if they don't show up because i misplaced those printout papers, which was extremely stupid of me, and i'm wondering if i will have any other way of validating that i have bought them without those (if they never come in the mail)
I have the confirmation e-mail with the registration code, and of course i have I.D. and stuff, will that be enough?

I ordered 6 1 day badges, 1 for each day for me and my brother. But regarding the halo fest badge, will the 1 day people get badges at all, and if so does this mean I will have 3 badges? I am confus

Both of you guys are correct. The Queue Room is the crazy big room everyone lines up in prior to the Expo Hall opening in the morning. As you enter, they've typically had the swag bags there for you to pick up and peruse while you wait.

I just wanted to give an update about my unofficial android app PAX Assistant. I've been getting a lot of emails lately from people asking if I'm going to be doing the app again this year. Zerzhul posted awhile back saying that I was doing it, but the original post doesn't reflect that. I just wanted to add again that I will be updating PAX Assistant. I've been extremely busy this summer so I haven't had a lot of time to work on it. Normally it would have been out by now, but I've been working on a way to automatically update the schedule as soon as it changes. Previously when there was a schedule change I first had to somehow find that out, make a change to a text file, and throw a new version of the app out (which then required every user to update the app to get a new schedule).
This new system I'm working on periodically scrapes the pax webpage looking for any changes. Every time the app is opened, it will ask my server if there's an update, then make the changes to the local schedule. Last year and during PAX East I realized the schedule can change a lot, and I didn't want to be responsible for someone missing a panel =P. I'm pretty far along with this new system, and once It's finished then I'll release an updated version of the app. Right now I'm aiming for sometime between this coming weekend and the weekend before PAX.
Anyways, spread the word that an update is coming soon(tm)! Thanks to everyone that's interested in my app.

yes, badges are still likely shipped in waves. Also, there is no way to guarantee (efficiently and inexpensively) that everyone will receive their badges on the same day.

For those having FedEx issues, I was told that they have been resolved. If your FedEx tracking still shows a missing paperwork error, maybe wait a day and see if it changes before emailing [email protected] again.

In years past, will call would normally be open till around 10pm.
